The hiring tax

70% of candidates never hear back.
Most of them remember.

Existing ATS tools make it easy to ignore people. That's a reputational tax on your employer brand and a morale tax on every candidate. Hirelylikely makes the polite thing the easy thing.

The old way

  • Candidates apply into a black hole
  • Hiring decisions made in scattered Slack threads
  • Rejection emails take 20 minutes each — so they don't go out
  • Enterprise pricing for 3-job teams
  • GDPR is a checkbox someone else owns

With Hirelylikely

  • Every applicant gets a portal to track their own application
  • Scorecards + Claude AI summarise team consensus in seconds
  • AI rejection drafter writes thoughtful replies in 5 seconds
  • €9.99/month. Real free plan. No demo call.
  • GDPR Article 15 + 17 endpoints shipped from day one

How it works

From job post to hired in three honest steps

  1. 1

    Post the job

Set up your workspace, post a role, share the public apply link. Candidates apply with a CV — no 12-field form.

  2. 2

    Decide together

Your team scores candidates on a shared scorecard. Claude summarises consensus, surfaces strengths, and flags concerns.

  3. 3

    Reply to everyone

One click to draft a respectful rejection or schedule an interview. Candidates see the status update in their portal.

Everything you need, nothing you don't

Built for recruiters who already hate their ATS

Candidate experience

Real portal, not an inbox

Every applicant lands in /me/applications. They see their status, message your team, and download their data — all without you doing anything extra.

AI assistance

Claude reads your scorecards

The team rates the candidate. Claude reads the scorecards and surfaces the consensus, the strengths, and the concerns — so your hiring manager doesn't have to.

Communication

Rejections that don't sound like rejections

One click drafts a respectful, role-specific rejection. Edit it, send it, the candidate sees it in their portal and via email.

Compliance built-in

GDPR-native, not GDPR-after-the-fact

Article 15 export and Article 17 erasure ship from day one. Data stays in the EU (Ireland). Sub-processors documented. You're audit-ready, not audit-anxious.

Why teams choose Hirelylikely

The candidate portal alone is worth it. Applicants stopped emailing me asking if I'd received their CV.

AI that helps, never decides

Claude makes you faster.
You stay in charge.

We use Anthropic's Claude for the parts that drain recruiters — synthesising scorecards, drafting respectful rejections, reflecting on bias before final decisions. We never auto-decide, never auto-reject, never train on your data.

  • Scorecard summary: ≥2 scorecards in, one consensus + strengths + concerns + recommendation out.
  • Rejection drafter: respectful, specific, editable — never sent until you click.
  • Bias-check reflection: a quiet prompt before a Reject decision asks you to consider what you might be missing.
  • Zero training on your data:Anthropic doesn't train on customer API calls. Your scorecards stay yours.

Questions

If yours isn't here, email us.

Where does my data live?

Supabase, EU region (Ireland). Database, file storage, and backups all stay inside the EU.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Paid plans revert to Free at the end of the billing period — your data and workspaces stay intact, you just stop getting AI features and additional seats.

Do you train AI on my data?

No. We use Anthropic's Claude, and Anthropic does not train on customer API data. Your scorecards and candidate notes never leave your workspace.

Can candidates delete their own data?

Yes. Every candidate has a one-click Article 17 erasure endpoint in their portal. Their record is anonymised in place — applications stay attached to the job so your funnel metrics survive, but no personal data remains.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The Free plan is a real plan, not a trial. Card details are only collected when you upgrade.

How does this compare to Greenhouse / Lever / Ashby?

They're built for 50+ recruiter orgs and priced accordingly (£200–£1500+/month minimums). We're built for 1–10 person teams hiring 5–30 roles a year, with a candidate-experience focus and EU compliance baked in.

Hire the next person without
making them chase you.

Free plan, no card, two minutes to set up. The next applicant you receive can be the first one you don't ghost.
